Winter is coming.
Earlier today I was tagging along with one of our field producer’s special projects shoot and I learned Spokane is in for one hell of a winter.

Regarding color blindness
I’m not sure how we got onto this topic, but when I bumped into councilman Steve Salvatori outside the elevators of City Hall, he mentioned he was color blind.
He couldn’t tell me what color my hair is, but described it as “light colored”.

Eager to save a beaver
Working on a story about the first beaver in Eastern Washington to be relocated this season. Ended up talking to state Rep. Joel Kretz (R-Wauconda) about his efforts to sponsor the “Beaver Bill” that was signed into legislation in June.

Adventures in public transit
Apparently I’m not the only one who can have adventures in public transit. Even bunny rabbits can have the pleasure.
Somewhere out there, a child is missing their bunny plushie, but never fear, it is having a fabulous time touring the Seattle Center Monorail. The funsies are documented in a Facebook photo gallery.
