City Council Race Could Qualify For Mandatory Recount
It’s possible a mandatory recount could sort through votes for Mike Allen and Richard Rush after the election certification on November 29th.
There’s a 92 vote difference between Mike Allen and Richard Rush. If the election was certified today, the race would only count for a machine recount. That requires less than half a percent and less than 2,000 votes separating the two candidates.
